Tiffany is a founder and executive director of TiffanyCare, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing homelessness in the United States, Africa and the Middle Eastern, and support survivors of human trafficking.
Where do I work?
We protect and Assist Vulnerable and Exploited Migrant Workers in the Middle East and North Africa. We also assiste the homeless, children, widows, by providing hygiene products, shelter, food, school supplies, cash assistance, and so much more.
📢 | H-1B Visa Policy Change (Effective Sept 21, 2025)
🚨 The U.S. government has issued a new proclamation restricting entry for certain H-1B nonimmigrant workers.
🔒 What’s changing? Starting September 21, 2025, H-1B petitions must include a $100,000 payment to be eligible for entry into the U.S.
This change only applies to new petitions filed after that date.
✅ Who is NOT affected?
Applicants with petitions filed before Sept 21, 2025
Individuals with approved H-1B petitions
Anyone currently holding a valid H-1B visa
✈️ This does NOT affect current visa holders' ability to travel.
